1. General Use

1.1. By using PremierConfidence.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained permission from a parent or guardian if under 18.

1.2. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

2. Membership and Program Enrollment

2.1. Memberships and programs are subject to availability and require full compliance with our policies.

2.2. Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable, except under special circumstances determined at our discretion.

2.3. Members must follow the Code of Conduct; violations may result in termination of membership without refund.

2.4. Military, police, fire, and EMT personnel are eligible for discounts. Family members may participate in free trial classes when available.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Monthly tuition payments are due on the agreed billing date. Late or missed payments may result in the suspension of access to classes.

3.2. We reserve the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice to members.

3.3. A one-time $99 registration fee applies to new members, which includes a free uniform and gloves upon sign-up.

4. Trial Classes and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Trial classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

4.2. A parent or guardian must be present during trial classes for children under 18 years old.

4.3. To cancel or reschedule a class, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Missed classes without notice may be forfeited.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

5.1. Participation in martial arts and fitness classes involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By enrolling, participants and parents/guardians assume these risks.

5.2. Kids N Action Martial Arts LLC, Premier Martial Arts Manassas, and Team Rook LLC are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, events, or seminars.

5.3. Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions before beginning a class.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on PremierConfidence.com, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, and logos, is the property of Premier Martial Arts or its licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6.3. Unauthorized use of the website, including introducing harmful content, is strictly prohibited.
